用特設工具及專業消毒清潔劑，將洗手間內潔具(包括螺絲釘鉸位、內坑排水孔及隱蔽位置)作深層清潔及消毒，徹底去除尿石污垢、銹漬及臭味。同時殺滅細菌病毒，大大減低病菌滋生。

翻新及保養潔具，打磨瓷表面，令潔具保持光澤明亮。

於去水渠位置注入藥劑，令水管內漬聚的有機物、礦物及污物等分解，幫助疏通管道及減低堵塞，保養渠管。

提供(保養)梘液機及空氣清新機，並供應足夠梘液及清新劑。
